This 16" by 11" roaster from the Epoca Kitchen Extras Collection fits a 20 to 24 pound turkey. Its curved cover allows the juices to flow back into the pan for less basting while still keeping the meat moist. A removable rack prevents the food from resting directly on the roaster for even cooking. Made of carbon steel for durability with riveted aluminum handles.
