Try placing a coffee mug with water in the microwave on high for a minute. Move the warmed coffee cup to the back corner, place the dough inside, and close the door. The heat from the coffee mug will keep the inside of your microwave between 80-90 degrees for up to 90 minutes, which is a perfect temperature to let your dough rise.

Share this:

Sometimes it can be hard to find a place warm enough for your dough to rise.
