I keep a box of binder clips in the kitchen for a variety of uses. Ever have a problem trying to keep a pot top askew, slightly elevated during cooking, or to keep it from rattling? Simply clamp one of these on the side of your pot and when you put the lid on it will keep it slightly elevated.
